The Process

CUSTOM ART AND DIGITAL PORTRAITS

 

How it works:

 

  1. Complete the Order Request Form and upload the photo you would like me to use (please send your largest file, original size, if possible)  

  2. Confirmation and invoice for payment: I will reply (typically within 24 hours) with any questions, and I will send confirmation of your order with an invoice for payment of the upfront, non-refundable Artist Fee.

  3. Creative process begins after the Artist Fee is paid. The creative process can take between 4-10 business days, depending on my workload and the complexity of the project. Please let us know if you have a deadline and we will try to complete the work accordingly.

  4. Proof emailed: When the digital portrait is complete, we will email you a web quality proof for approval, which you are free to share with your friends and family. We will also include a link to your password protected gallery for ordering prints and merchandise.  

Investment:

Standard Artist Fee is $75 for single subject; $25 additional for each additional subject in the design. Artist Fee may vary depending on each particular project; we will let you know if there will be any additional charge for your project before we start.

Notes:

Artist Fee: Payment is due upfront and is non-refundable.

Prints: When the portrait project is complete, a web-quality proof will be emailed along with the password to your private gallery. Your password protected gallery for ordering prints and merchandise will be available for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the gallery will no longer available unless an extension is requested. Service Area: U.S. residents only.
